Our staff members are all full-time, company employed professionals. No one is hired without extensive background investigation, and everyone is certified in compliance and technical skills. We always have support engineers on-call (24x7x365) so no business service agreement client is left without support. Our team members all wear uniforms, ID Badges, and are trained to serve as a trusted advisor. We do not sell hardware, and in fact, we don’t sell a thing! We will however, for our service agreement clients, spec and source out any needed hardware so purchasing is easy, and there are no mark-up fees by us! We provide a solution so that your technology is consistently running at peak performance.
