As I read this article I was saddened. In our opinion, and with our company, if we have welcomed you as a #customer, there is zero room for *CLV.
#MSP and #IT companies that favor one contract customer over another, especially based on how much you spend with them have zero interest in a mutually beneficial long-term relationship.
