We all know about the terrible things that happen when employees click on the wrong things and bring in #malware and #ransomware into the workplace.
Here is a tip. At your weekly staff meeting conduct a fun pop quiz of do's and don'ts about links in email. For every correct answer give the #employee a simple prize and a hardy public recognition. For those who get a question wrong, don't harp on it but instead pull them aside later privately and coach them up on the correct ways to handle email.
Even though this is a serious topic please keep this fun as this will encourage #employees to participate and learn.
