Our old after-hours emergency alerting system worked okay. Good, but not perfect and not full-proof. With this in mind we switched our emergency alerting system to OnPage and the improvements were both noticeable and immediate plus employee morale was boosted as techs no longer needed to carry two devices or take any extra steps to be alerted to emergencies. A side but important benefit was the security of the communications from a compliance perspective.
